L.R. Green Educational Foundation
"Educating the Whole Child"
.
.
Mission Statement
We are dedicated to enhancing educational excellence for our children by providing additional funds and resources for L. R. Green Elementary School.
.
Why do we have a Foundation?
The Foundation was created in 2003, with the sole purpose of promoting educational excellence for our children. Comprised of parents, educators, and local business leaders, we share the common belief that high quality education is a child's privilege; they deserve nothing less, and, it is up to us to help them attain it.
As a non-profit organization, the money we raise provides the necessary resources and programs for our school that are not available through district funding. Because we are a 501 (c) 3 corporation, every dollar earned stays within L. R. Green.
