It's not too late to register your Kindergartner for the 2008 - 2009 school year. Forms and information are available in the L. R. Green school office.

To be enrolled, a child must turn 5 years old on or before December 2, 2008. Please bring the following documents with you to register:

• Proof of Birth.
• Valid Driver's License or ID Card for parent or guardian.
• Proof of Residence - 2 required. Must have parent's name and address.
• Proof of Immunization for the child.
• Physical Exam and Dental Exam dated after March 1, 2008.
