It's time to register your Kindergartner for the 2009 - 2010 school year. Forms and information are available in the L. R. Green school office.

To be enrolled, a child must turn 5 years old on or before December 2, 2009. Please bring the following documents with you to register:

• Original Birth Certificate or Passport.
• Valid Driver's License or ID Card for parent or guardian.
• Proof of Residence - 2 required. Must have parent's name and address.
• Original Immunization documents for the child.
