This
schedule is provided as a general guide to illustrate the differences between
reservations charged the Direct Cost rates and those charged the Fair Market
Value rates. Final determination
regarding the classification of a reservation and the required fees will be
made by District staff on behalf of the Board of Education. Two-hour minimums and custodial fees
for set-up and take-down cannot be waived.
*Organizations
requesting space to present programs for EUSD students at no cost must be
approved by the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent of Business Services
in advance of the reservation
request. Applications for organizations without pre-approval will be denied.
